Creating has been a fundamental part of my entire life, though the last few years have been dedicated to oil painting and capturing the wonder of the new home I found myself in.

Baja California is an artist’s dream, and so vastly different from where I grew up in Southern Ontario. The peninsula is home to over 37,000 plant species alone - many I had never seen before!

My eyes constantly study new plants, the shadows, the palettes of the desert, so fresh and inspiring.

I aim to capture the energy of the endless beauty of the Baja- where mountains fold into desert valleys that reach out to the Pacific Ocean.

My work is currently shown at Galeria Logan in Todos Santos, BCS.

When I’m not at the gallery or painting in my home studio, you can find me on the waves learning to surf or exploring and camping with my partner and our sweet dog, Apachi.
